Boosting Engagement and Conversions: Integrating AI and Zapier into HubSpot Workflows

In a key project, I led the integration of AI analytics and Zapier automation into our HubSpot workflows to optimize our lead nurturing process.

 

I automated the segmentation of incoming leads and linked HubSpot with our CRM and email platforms through Zapier, enhancing data flow and enabling real-time updates.

 

This setup resulted in behavior-triggered email campaigns that boosted email open rates by 25% and conversion rates by 15% within the first quarter.
